S-Speed Passenger Elevator models adopt the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine without a traditional gearbox. This system combines coaxial transmission technology with advanced vector frequency conversion control to reduce mechanical energy consumption, improve transmission efficiency, save space, and lower noise. Moreover, the machine operates without lubricating oil, ensuring a clean machine room that is maintenance-free and environmentally friendly. Energy-Saving
GETM series high-speed permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machines are optimized and customized for high-speed Passenger Elevators, saving more than 45% energy compared with geared traction machines.
Comfort Running
Equipped with imported brakes, this passenger elevator provides sufficient safety guarantee for the elevator running at high speed. The imported rotary encoder ensure that the elevator runs at the best speed every moment and improves the highly comfortable bearing performance.
Low Noise
Equipped with imported brakes, which is lower 5~10db lower than the traditional brakes. The base bracket of the machine is flexibly installed, which can effectively reduce the vibration effect of starting and stopping.
Control System
S-Speed increases the application of 5G in the control system. The control cabinet and components are interconnected, and the speed of the control processor is 67% higher than of the ordinary control cabinet. The transmission bus is changed to CAN-BUS, which makes the intelligent transmission foundation more solid and makes the elevator run more stably. The control cabinet itself becomes a network terminal, and it has the function of network transmission. There is no need to add additional data processing terminals, which reduces the user’s network hardware requirements and can effectively save costs.

With dual 32-bit CPU configuration, the double safety protection of the control processor and the drive processor realizes the strongest safety guarantee for the elevator operation.

Science and Technological Intelligence
With 32-bit DSP as the core, the permanent magnet frequency conversion synchronous one-control two-drive technology is used to control the speed of two motors. Under abnormal conditions, the power source can be intelligently selected to adjust the door opening rhythm, effectively preventing people from being caught in the elevator.
Safe and Efficient
The door operator adopts double motor and double door knife configuration. Safe and reliable, low noise and high efficiency. The noise is only 50dB(A). The shortest opening time is 2s; it can adapt to a wide range of voltage fluctations of ±20%, and the electronic door pin is used to effectively prevent non-leveling machine doors.
